    A 'NOKO' petrol burner from Austria. This one is in need of a fettle & is missing the control key. For scale the burner is about the size of that on an Optimus no:8R.

    Ross, you are probabely aware that if an item is rare as hen's teeth, it not automaticly follows you have big money in your hands. However, the bulbous Phoebus 525 scores very high sofar and here you might strike it rich, having something rare and in the same category ;) That aside, it looks like an entirely practical outfit to me, so why is it not more known? Company folded too soon or was it banned as too dangerous? Anybody?

    sure is a nifty aproach to the 8R Generation of petrol burners.
    Ross, I wonder if canabalizing a 8R wld give you the bits you need to get it up an' runnin?
    and or as a template?

    I would second Dutchmike's comments, it looks like this should have been a reasonably successful product commercially, I'm surprised there aren't more of them around.
