Thanks to kerophile for the nice vent screw to replace the... er, uh, other one. Also thanks to Sefa for another great pump leather. Base-Camp for the flame ring. Cheers, Gary
Hi Gary, Great fettle of an interesting stove. It is operating very well and it looks very smart with its new polish....probably better than when it first left the factory! How about a close-up of the unique "Stag and hunting-horn" embossed logo, if that is possible? Best Regards, Kerophile.
Hey Gary, I see your reflection from stove bottom, while you were taking photo. You look so handsome.... Anyway great fettle, congrats....
Fantastic fettle gary that is such a beutifull stove the lettering and logo is of very high quality in the same standard as a svea very well done indeed
Scored one this summer myself. Not complete though. I could only hope mine turns out 1/2 as nice. This is the only stove of this style I have so far and am looking forward to some flame. 8)
Gary Great job the befor and after are a thing to behold! I too have a Aida No. 100 that is in process ,I hope, to be as nice as yours. Mine is missing the pan ring and support rods maby someone has a set that is extra to sell, then it will be complete. Tom
I'm a fan for the Aida's, having a few 100's and did a long search for a 200. Was lucky to find a 100 with the silent burner also, great stoves and nice logo.
