Bought a stove on the bay and the seller threw in this Camping Gaz S200 Garcia in with the other one for free. Yes, I know, it's a gassie. It took about 46 seconds to put the fuel canister on, open the pot supports, light it up and then start boiling water. Borrrrrringgg! But it works quite well. Actually, I thought you might want to see some detail on the fuel canister piercing mechanism. A bit interesting. I was a bit curious since I didn't own one until now. Installing the stove onto the can is a bit unnerving when your hear the pssst as the mechanism pierces the can. It worked right out of the box! sam
Sam, yes, the Camping Gaz stoves I have are quite simple to operate you do get to hear a hisss upon installing the burner on to the canister. After that, light em and start cooking. Plain and simple. Glad you like it Ron
I just got a Globetrotter in a similar deal (thrown in for free). The GT is quite like the S200, so I thank you for the photos. Haven't owned a piercable before. Not sure if I'll use it or just pass it on. HJ
