Canadian 500 1939

    I recently acquired this 1939 Speedmaster at a Coleman gathering. Haven't fired it up yet. Came with a spare generator..Should make for a good weekend fettle. I was thinking of just removing the rust to bare metal.

    so thats who got it. I have buffed them the bare metal then VHT clear coat. IHMO there were painted silver on the burner and drip tray

    i have an early Canadian 500 . yet to work on it .

    but high temp ceramic paint seems to stand up to it rather well .
