Coleman 500 first post-war Toronto

    Found this old 1947 Coleman 500 at a local flea market. After some minor surgery it works perfectly.

    First post-war Coleman 500 stove with a oil hole in the pump cap, the patent number stamped on the collar, the new date stamp method (47 - 2) and a green painted brass font, This is from the Toronto factory.

    i have one and always think of it not as a super hot fast burner but slow,steady and with that tank long lasting
