Masters Copper Quick Boiling Kettle

    Here is my (rather beaten) Masters Quick Boiling Kettle.

    It is similar ti the "Simplex" kettle, but it has an earlier Patent associated with it.

    It is nominally 1/7 litres.

    The bottom rung of the kettle above the skirt has "PAT. APP. FOR".

    A rather well used item, with wear and tear.

    I cleaned it up (I had to get a a large amount of calcified sediment from the inside); painted the handle; but I did not polish it.

    It boils 1 litre of cold water in 3 minutes 32s on a 15C day inside the shed, using a Hipolito No.2 silent burner.

    Thats a great kettle i suspect someone at Jetboil once saw one of these, the rest is history.

    That's a great find. Now we know this design predated Simplex. Thanks @Tony Press.
    Jetboil doesn't even get honorable mention in this category.
