Hi @nagant , I am delighted for your acquisition. You have a fairly rare year stove date, as Europe had been at War for about a year when this stove was made, and although Sweden was neutral, Norway had already been invaded by Germany, and shipments of Swedish goods to Britain essentally stopped. Bryan Miller reckons the last shipment of Primus stoves to the UK was in 1940. The USA was still Neutral in 1940 so it is possible Swedish goods were still getting through to that market, although not of course to Canada. Best Regards, Kerophile.
