Hello everyone I went shopping the other night and came home with 15 stoves, 8) and among them a Primus 303. Anyone have any information about that one: The remaining stoves were: Radius 40 Primus 96 Optimus 00 Svea 5 Radius 5 Optimus 1 with lion feet Radius 1 Sor Primus 5 Sor Primus 16 Primus 1s with a B underneath Primus 1 Primus 1 Sor And this big bucket with a torch
Hello This weekend I brought out the torch to do some soldering on the 303. First cleaning the leg which I had to solder. Then I began with securing the legs all around by using a metal band full with holes, the one carpenters use. Took a piece long enough to reach around the a long M5 bolt and a nut, stuck it through the ends and tightened - viola, the legs were fixed. Then I started up the torch and carefully heated the leg and surrounding area added some soldering lead. Went pretty well I think Not as the original but nice enough for me
Hello I don't know, but it sure looks like it. So to keep the forum happy, I went fettling. And here's the new 303. And I think we pass the question on to our Asian friends.
Hello Today I took me some free time and went to the garage and continued with the fettling I started the other night, leaving a shiny spot in the middle of the tank is like washing your car on the hood and leave the rest. So I took everything apart and went to work. And the result came out like this. I put a pan ring on and fired it up. I believe I had my own solar eclipse too.

Updating the pictures on my 303. I have now changed the burner and the panring to the proper ones, added a lighter as I still miss the right preheat device. I will arrange a proper display photo later on.
