This stove is in excellent condition with not much use at all. It performs like new.

The outer burner caps are marked Optimus/Primus so it is dated after Optimus took over the Primus brand.

I received it with all the instructions and tools in the original foam transport box- minus the lid. The plastic meths bottle has perished with the alcohol and time and is now unusable.

    Nice one threedots.
I have a very tidy well working one of these as well, the silver tank model.
They are a very nice twin burner to cook on.

    Hello Colin.
I had 3 altogether and this is my last one.
They are great practical stoves which perform very well.
Sounds like you may have a Primus Alcohol version. I saw a post recently about one of those.
I once had an Optimus Alcohol 535 that had the solid looking 209N burners on it but I didn't use it much because it drank meths instead of sipping it. The heat output was sufficiant but it cost alot more to run compared to the kerosene 535's. Cheers, John

    Hello Colin.
    Here's a link with thanks from marco5150 -

Looking at it, I would say that the alcohol burners are able to be jetted and needled for kerosene use as well, so yours is probally set up for kerosene.
Is it the same tank that is on yours? Cheers
