    PLEASE HELP
HI, I have a problem with my Old Hipoloto No 1 Richaud Kero Primus Stove.
I need to remove the tiny kero jet as in trying to clean it have got fine wire broken off in it
ANY IDEAS HOW TO GET IT OUT?? OR CLEAN IT OUT?? It is a tiny jet in the midst of the U shaped gas? channels with no room to get a tool in. App 1/8" across with 2 straight sides.
    works very well otherwise.
    PLZ HELP -Peter

Or, since the Fettlebox (preferred source) appears to be out of stock, some eBay or google search along the lines of

PRESSURE STOVE UNIVERSAL JET REMOVING SPANNER PRESSURE STOVE BURNER JETS NIPPLE

should get you what you need.

Sometimes you can get lucky and get a jet out with a 4mm or 5/32 inch wrench and nimble finger work. It all depends on the position the jet ended up in after it's final tightening. If the burner tubes are blocking access then a swivel head jet wrench is an absolute must have and of course they are good to have around as part of your fettling tool kit.

Standard threading. Clockwise tighten, anticlockwise loosen.
    Righty tighty, Lefty loosey.

    Thanks Ray,
one last thought - It seems I have a memory from a lot of years ago of a "primus pricker" or such. A little wire gadget for 'pricking' or cleaning the 'jet' hole in situ. Could find nothing on 'The Fettle Box' (Thanks Alefoot) IS THERE SUCH A GADGET - ANY IDEAS ???

Indeed, and a rather indispensable one, as well.
