That policy seems strange to me. After all, if you're willing to pay for shipping, they should be willing to ship, right? Oh well... On checking the nooks and crannies of the Coleman site, I came across a link to Coleman-Europe. It's www.coleman-eur.com. Most of that site seems to be "under construction", but they did give a distributer in the UK: "Gordano Gate, Bristol, BS20 7GG". email: customerservices@colemanuk.co.uk. Hopefully, they do more than just sell new products, and you'll be able to order your parts through them; if not, reply here. If you'll pay cost and shipping, I'll buy the generator and send it to you.
