Did I post that old recipe out here? I remember I sent it to David, but can't remember if I stuck it out here or not? It is excellent for extra crispy waffles. I found it in an old 1920's cookbook more intune with the times that these old irons were used. It uses alot of BUTTER which makes them virtually nonstick and makes them crispy to boot. I've got the recipe at home...let me know if you want a copy out here and I'll post it. Great picture Ross!
