I should look and see if pump kero is available in the Seattle-Tacoma area; but I don't think so, at least not very widely.
You can get kero in five-gallon cans at any of the big box stores for more like $3-4 per gallon.
Remember, it seldom gets below freezing on Puget Sound. So the market for kero for heat is rather limited. Not like rural New York!
Besides, Bob, that 1-gallon can of kero will run a brass stove for a long time....
