Response to Leaded petrol, burnt fumes

"I would not dream of using unleaded petrol now as I believe it contains benzene which I have been told is carcinogenic so probably produces nasty by products when burnt."

I have just run up my Coleman oven on a Coleman Sportstar II with unleaded petrol, a mighty powerful stove it is too.

Whilst benzine may be carcinogenic and unleaded fuel might produce nasty by products, when you consider the small amount of fuel being burnt in one of these stoves and compare it to the amount of fuel being burnt in the street by cars every day, is the risk of posioning from a stove significant ?
