Drill Size for #2

I believe the ratio should be around 95 % air and 5 % fuel.
I have some new old stock jets here for the #5.
The hole size mesuring drills with my verniers (this is not a 100% acuret way to messure this small a size) a 0.32 drill is too small and a 0.4 is too large. Do you have a drill closer to 0.35.Albert
