While idly searching yesterday on the subject of Patria burners, I turned up an interesting article that struck me, because it shows that there is one area in which steady, regular use of a Primus keroburner is still a way of life. This is aboard a boat, particularly among those who live aboard their boats. While we've mentioned marine use of kero stoves, I don't know that we've reflected that there is still a subculture out there which knows these stoves intimately as a part of utilitarian everyday life.
