SVEA 123: Which is Older

    Is there anyway to tell which old style SVEA 123 is older by its flame spreader plate (see attachment). The left one is from the stove I just received and the right is from the stove I've for a couple of months now. Notice the arms are of different width.

    Hi, I aint know expert but until someone comes along who can answer your questions why not click on the Forums button and find your stove models in the reference gallery. There are some good pictures of your stove and some have dates. For your 123 look here you might find some help on that page,

    the answer to your question is yes, and I think the one on the right is the older of the two. (although I'm not positive)

    The problem with tryring to id them by that part is those are often lost and are, for the most part, interchangeable.
