Hello Got this stove last year. Burns white gas very well and easy to regulate flame. But it was not a beauty. Paint had been burnt away by pre-heating and there was lot of rust.Put the tank in water with caustic soda and applied 12 vdc. Next day tank was ready for a paint job.The colour looks quite like original. Installed washer and pip from Fettlebox. Found a spirit cup which I fitted. And I'm happy with the result. Have tried to search the forum to see if anybody makes the stove labels for the 625. Any ideas ? brgds Bjørn
Hi let me know if you find any, I need some for my 625 but I think the chances are very slim. By the way great paint job. The 625 seems a very quick boiling stove to me what do you think? Its much faster than my kero stoves at making an espresso. Good luck in your hunt. Nick
Take one from here : then copy/paste image to MS Word page. Follow the same procedure (paste; paste....) to full fill entire page. Printing procedure s on self adhesive paper - will look like this: Best regards, Lu
Thanks again Lu Will modify key chain at once. Good idea. Have ordered some cheap self adhesive paper from eBay.Anyhow will protect label with some clear spray paint. Have done this on Opt 111.Will post photos of the result. brgds Bjørn
Better go to "Copy-Center". They prin on hi-tech printers and have as well self adhesive paper - simply go with memory stick and that is !! Lu
Hi Received the self adhesive paper today and ran a few copies through the printer. Noticed that the ink on the label did not like meths/white gas. Had to cover the label with a few layers of clear spray paint. What kind of transparent paint are you guys using for this ? brgds Bjørn
Hi Bjørn, Nice work !!! I think laser printing is better - I print decals with laser printer and fuel not affect printed colors or letters. Lu
Thanks Lu To get these labels printed by laser I will have to find a "Copy center" I suppose. I have only a cheap inkjet and some cheap self adhesive paper bought on eBay. But when I protect the label with clear paint it holds out quite well.brgds Bjørn
You'll see the printing differences from hi-tech printers at "Copy-Center" Shop. You will not need anymore extra clair paint or other label protection. I use some sort of Panel Wipe and never (up to now) had problems. P.S.Pay attention to the label size ~(93 x 27 mm)and setup printing format to A4 !!!! Lu
