I got this Enders military model from Ebay ten or so years ago when the price was still reasonable.
The only thing it came with was the spare fuel cap.
I of course tried to fire it up but could not get a good flame that would last so it was put away until I could work out the problem. I sort of forgot about it until Sefaudi Enders kits popped up on Ebay. Well I got the kit and that was a good start.

Lots of good information on CCS and I got right into it. First problem was the NRV.
I was getting gas into the pump tube. I replaced the pip with one from Ross and tried again.

    This time better luck!
The flame is still weak and nothing at all like the one on Sefaudi"s picture on his Ebay ad.

It took over 15 minutes to get a boil started and pumping did not seem to get the flame much stronger. The fuel cap washer is sort of "iffy" but the stove ran and ran without going out for at least 45 minutes and then I turned it off.

I ran the jet cleaner lever several times and the tank is full of clean Coleman fuel.
The pump works hard and raw fuel moves thru and fills the priming cup but as the photo shows the flame is not the best.

    Any ideas?

Dave, you have done a good bit of work so far and these stoves are a star performer, yours should be doing better. It sounds like the tank is holding pressure just fine but replacing the O ring is easy enough. For your next procedure you might replace the wick. Doing this is a MAJOR operation and I have never attempted this on a 9061. There is also a rolled mesh screen installed in the fuel line between the front of the wick and the base of the needle housing. A new wick makes all the difference.

Chef..wick!!mesh screen!!!i'll bet thats the hang up right there.i had no idea a wick and screen was involved but working with 123 types i know a new wick can make all the difference in the world.
mesh screen..well who knows what was run thru the stove before i got it and how long it sat.
hello..who can help with working on those problems?
those of you who have been with CCS for awhile will remember this run of Enders that came thru Ebay some years ago.

Mine is just a gooey green colour inside. I could use a wick replacement as well. Thanks for bringing this up Dave.

Rick...after looking over what those guys did with the total tear down I'm going to keep on the path I'm on now.
I have answered some posts about used stoves burning so poorly with the advice that just running the stove with some carb cleaner would be a better start than breaking it down.
So I took my own advice. I put a good shot of cleaner in the tank and let it burn for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and then took the burner off to see what sort of flow I had out of the jet.
Before it was just a weak burble.this time when I opened the valve I got a jet of gas a foot high!
So back on with the burner and fired it up.

Even with a old heavy Mirro pot I got small bubbles on the bottom in a few minutes and a good strong boil in about 10. Sorry no flame shot but it was still not as strong as in the Ebay photo.
I'll keep up with the carb cleaner and letting the stove run and see how it goes.
The Enders is too heavy for canoe trips of any length but for short trips with no portages I could see it would make a good cook stove for meals you wanted to take time with and just not boil water for freeze dry dinners.
