What would be the closest stove type (would a Primus/Optimus stove set or an M1942 set work? Spiritburner sells them which is handy if they work) for replacing washers etc. in the above stoves as I can't find anyone selling odds n sods for them.

Fettlebox will do a custom kit for the Hurlock, except for the fibre tank to pump seal. I have the material to do them but am waiting on custom tooling. I'll then be offering a wider range of British milspec washers.

Ah, champion (as they say). Can you put my name on zee list for x2 sets please when the toolings arrived. Also do you know what other (if any) fuel/pressure caps would fit said stoves?

Have you had any luck identifying alternative fuel caps for the William Hurlock Jnr stove? Does a cross listing for caps exist anywhere?

no joy yet, looks like I will just have to waste money on a stove just for the cap :(

I'm in the same boat. I have cap but the air valve was missing and a small bolt with wrong thread inserted. I have sort of fixed mine so it looks original and has chain to post but I would really like a fully functioning cap as the rest is fairly good. I'll keep looking into this too and let you know if I find a solution.

Does anyone know the best way to loosen a well stuck pump body so I can get at the NRV? soaking somehow or heating up a little with a blowtorch?
