My best estimate of the Norma 111 is the 1920s. Certainly by 1934 the Barthel double burner alcohol stoves had two fuel tanks and a less elaborate stove frame. The design of your Norma 111 stove had been around for many years as can be seen from this extract from a 1908 brochure.
