    Hello all

    Here is a Primus 41.
Stove looks to be unfired/unused. There are no markings on the tank.
When checking the posts in the SRG maybe this is from 1954. If so we are of the same age the stove and me. Any advice re age of the stove is appreciated. The tin has this beautiful crinkle finish. It came with original meths can and tool.

The only parts missing is the instruction sheet and the threaded locking nut on the regulating wheel.
    Burner is the 4155.

I replaced the washer on the filler lid and oiled the pump leather and the tank was pressurized.
Still held the pressure when I checked this morning.
Anyhow it is a beauty and will stay a virgin as I have a Høvik 41 as a user.

    That’s a beauty but I couldn’t leave it unfired.

    Wow - nice one.
Would have a serious dilemma of not using it.

That my policy too. Virgins just for looking and then there's the user stoves.
And of course it is a question of self control.
I must admit I failed once and fired up a beautiful Fuhrmeister 8.
The sight of the Soto lighter ingniting the silent burner still haunts me.

    Thanks @ROBBO55
Yes I'm happy I got this one. As I collect only Høvik 41s I'm considering letting it go.
Need the money for a Heinze Dieselkocher.
