Artel Primus Leningrad. Mid-late 1920s/early 1930s.

    An example from one of the main early Soviet era primus-type stove manufacturers.

    One of the legs was missing so a replacement had to be cobbled together, in this case, rather than making a facsimile from scratch, a spare WW1 era Primus leg was modified and reprofiled to suite.

    This stove surfaced in Belarus (Byelorussia) which explains the Belarussian VITEBSK (ВИТЕБСК) burner:

    Yep, burner can be changed by owner, but VITEBSK burner is most rare, than LENINGRAD signed. Nice stove with rarest burner !!! Gratz !!!
