To me - it looks definately likes it's an MSR burner of some kind. Not being an expert when it comes to them - I would concur: Maybe dragonfly.
The only other stoves, other than the Dragonfly, with the 'added' valve was the Firefly, and the Unique/Prototype I posted recently. It is a good candidate for the Trangia.
As it appears to be missing it’s cross bar, Trangia adaptation may be the easiest way to make use of it. The dragonfly is a pretty solid burner. A little bulky, and the pot stand is a bit tall for optimum performance but a strong runner regardless.

Convert it into a stainless steel Sigg Tourist set and use it to annoy the neighbors. You need a dragonfly pump but this is a good candidate for early morning coffee after the neighbors had a late night party.
