Valmet's stove is my favorite small stove. Domestic, I have been working for a company that has Valmet origin, I have visited the factory that made the stove, stove has low center of gravity and just perfect for one person use. AGM 20 coil burner is one I really like. I coined It Debby since it really put’s out for its small size.

Trangia for sure. Quickly becoming my favorite stove of them all, not just of the small stoves. Only photos I have on my phone. Break time in the shop: And in the woods:
+1 on the Trangia. When I play with stoves I use all sorts of pressure stoves, both kero and white gas. But when I actually NEED a small stove, I usually grab a Trangia. What’s not to like? Going to the coast where it is windy? No problem. Forgot a pot or utensil? Never, it is in the kit. Didn’t feel like playing around but just wanted a hot pot of soup or coffee? You got it. Forgot fuel? Just stop at any hardware or walmart. I am not a snow melter so I don’t need anything hotter.

Well my Trangia 25 is one of my favorite stoves but I don't consider it or my eleventy one to be in the small class. Ironically I'm not really enamored with my 96 or 00 stoves. It's a toss up because I just finished my 8R kit and I have always loved my 210.
