    Hello Folks,

First Stove this Year. The middle section is emailled and the Rest painted, only cleaning with wet Foam, cuting the Wick and Fire up.

What is the exact Type and Year?

    Cheers Peter

As far as I'm aware, this was the original "Valor Minor 64 boiling stove".

They soon changed that fancy Valor shield emblem for the more common "Only use Esso blue paraffin" plate, and added the "64W" or "64G" models. Those letters just denote if it had the white or green chimney section. I think they also still sold one that was just a "64" without an extra letter. I've got a feeling that just had an unpainted tinplate chimney section.

Later they updated the design into the 64C around the same time they introduced it's 65C bigger brother. The main difference between the previous 64's and that was the more secure "Oil can lid" fill cap, and (IIRC) a fuel gauge.
