Optimus 99

My Optimus 99 stoves. The straps on the bottom 2 stoves are not original.
The top right stove was lite maybe once, not sure. I used the bottom left
stove a few times, then replaced it with another one that is not shown.

The straps came from a flea market. This is no name or other marking on them.
There are straps sold on line but I could not find any original looking.

Thanks. I see Coughlan apparently owns the Arno name and seems to only sell a similar strap in boring black. I appreciate the feedback.

Are you aware of a 99 with a smooth bottom but a stove/tank unit with the shiny metal heat shield like the 8 models? Based on the limited research I've done on 99s, the early stoves with the flat bottoms only had the fixed, aluminum heat shield and side brackets that supported the pot supports.

Yes aware of the smooth bottom early 99's. My one stove bottom left side picture has the Optimus
8R type metal heat shield, but is not smooth. Probably came out first after the smooth bottom.
