    John,
    in the opening photos of this thread, you show you have taken a burner off your 9730.
    Sigh - I have a 2 burner 9730 where one burner wants to "flare up" below the burner (this is new for me, none of my other 9730's have ever done this.) I thought I would take mine apart to have a look, yet I'm not getting my burner to do anything.
    Does it unscrew? Is it press fit on? Head scratching and feeling silly to ask - "how to take it apart?".
    Any help with how to remove the burner will be a great help.

    John,
    LOL - A buddy just called me, and told me these burners un screw. He told me how he does his, and yep it unscrews! My burner wasn't hand tight; it needed a "wrench" to help get it loose - then I was able to get it sorted out.
