The pump seems to me to be a later addition.
Prices have gone up slightly I'd say.
Interest is a bit down, but people seem to be willing to spend a bit more money on 1 stove.
Does look like a Primus/Radius stove to me with the text on that side wall.
Perhaps it's a Radius no. 31 as per the picture:
