Fascinating read, thanks for the link.
So, not just unscrewing one tank for another!
And beyond my talents.
I'm sure this has been asked.
But at the current e-bay prices of 199s is it crazy
to even think of converting a 99 to a 199.
For the slap-dash...
Great stove, selfie, and fettle.
A beer, a drink....hillbilly term maybe.
I'd come down there to settle my debt but I'm afraid of Tiger snakes, Taipans, and Browns ;)

Thanks so much.
The brass tumbling was a first for me....as was using an ultrasonic cleaner.
One thing about this stove'ing, it's getting me at least familiar...
So I was correct in my thinking old lacquer is still there.
Good on that. I will grab some xylene Monday and re-process.
Guys I just ran the fuel tank of one of my 99's through the tumbler (walnut media only) for an hour and the results though not bad and also not...
Hopefully Fettlebox will step in with a comment on the many orders I've place there. OK?
Historically I did make one, got the advice here on this...
