I'll kick it off, cos we get the weekend first here in good old Enzed!

Boiling up water for my nightly Lapsang, at 0030! Hope I sleep after this. (cup of tea contains 50 mg of caffeine, filter coffe 250 mg, single espresso: 35 mg. An espresso is my usual nightcap since that discovery).

And cos it's for Spudz, some cherry:

Cheers guys, looking forward to your pics!

'81 in the back ground I see. WooHoo

With the stove in the pot do you have to clean it out first before you use it??
Does everything taste a bit car fumey. Or do you get a required taste after awhile ??

    Hey, Keith,

Yahoo!!! What a little beauty, and well worth maintaining it's virginity!!! Great to see an English Lad with proper common sense in that regard!!! ;) ;) 8) 8)  If you want a user 123, I may be able to dig one up for you. Have to go down into the catacombs of the Hobbit Hole and see what I've got. But, I got some goodies to send to Bruce today, and may well have a 123 that I can send your way. May need a bit of work, but it should be complete. Let me know if you want me to check for you. Take care, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc Mark

Nice Bruce, but, be careful, if I remember right, Chuck blew a 123 when he used it with the Trangia enclosure, got to hot in there

All this talk of virgin stoves is making me feel guilty. I've only used my SVEA about 6 times. Is it a Semi-virgin?

I don't have enough self control to not light a stove.

Ian, you are right, but more than one member does this, so here is a link I found

    http://www.albany.edu/ltl/using/netiquette.html

The capital letter thing is like fingernails down a blackboard for me, very annoying

Tim, well done on the stove, now get cooking and get some pictures posted as soon as you can :D
