1923 Pocket Primus

    I picked this stove up today, so please excuse its battered state. The date code is M8 for 1923. It appears to have led an active life, having been repaired multiple times. Most of the original parts are there. The tin is complete, if a little battered. There is a spare lipstick burner, and a few prickers.

    I shall post more pictures when I have cleaned it up a little.

    Even the smeared solder should clean up if you wished to go that far.

    I say fire it up as is. The solder smear give it character and you won't feel bad about throwing in the back of the truck as a daily user.

    Fire it up after replacing the seals ect then a major clean up if you feel it . Just some soapy water for now. A great find
