Hi, There are only two 521s archived in this file. Both have different steel surface colour - balck versus green. I think I have two of these - I know I have one, but I think I have another tucked away. I have many projects needing a fettle, no space to do so, and no time just yet and so it is with the [one or two] 521s. The question is, what was their original surface colour and how best to achieve same, noting that the steel is (but) pressed steel and slightly rusty at that. Cheers for any advice. Rob
Ive used engine enamel on a few stoves with good effect. I have a 523 that came up well. It looked like it may have once been nickle plated so it got aluminium colour. Not authentic but it will keep it good until there is money for a good electroplate
