    This is one of those classics I can only admire from a distance. (Goes with the Primus 43 and Optimus 199.) At current eBay prices I cannot afford to buy one, and we do not have them in flea markets.

    Hi Jeff brilliant even though i am not a owner of a Primus41,what i have seen and read about them they are my favourite Primus made, the look and quality is superb every part of the stove looks and is made superb from the shape of the fuel tank down to the control knob even the paint finish is a class of its own.
    my dream would be to go to a steam fair like i do in the summer months and come accross one in the auto jumble for a modest price even if i have to do a major restoration,Well done there Jeff a outstanding addition to your superb collection

    Those are very nice. What I like about them is the windscreen that folds out. Super cool. Next time I take mine out, I'll be sure to fuel it up before packing it in a few miles. :(
