RIP Trevor. In 2019 when the task was to post text/comments in 2 columns, the only solution was create a table using BBCode .
Now in 2021, is there maybe a better way?
[[ My work around at the time, is not "a better way". It was to separate text L side from R side text by
type any character between left side and right side text then
change font color to white for characters in between to create spacing.
    -------------------------------------------

Commands to create table(s), sourced from Trevor 2019 thread
TABLE and /TABLE to start and end a Table.
TH and /TH within heading row, each- TH text /TH -forms each heading column
TR and /TR to start and end a row.
TD and /TD within a row, each- TD text /TD -forms each column.

Which he suggests, once successful, samples of commands/text can be saved off site for re-use.

    Here's a table

    PTC Primus No.1 & 5, c.1965 - 1970Optimus No.1 & 5, c.1965-1970
    >with recessed fillerxxx
    >TOP text right of filler:xxx
LARGE Arabic script No 5, MADE in SWEDEN, xxx
    PRI*MUS REGD TRADE MARKxxx
    >SIDE of tank: no markingsxxx
    >BOTTOM of tank: MADE IN SWEDENxxx
    >Text on FLAT filler cap & vent screw:xxx
    SWEDEN | SWEDEN on bothxxx
    .xxx
    >No.5 burner cap w/PRIMUS SWEDENxxx
    >Trivet: std. pressed steel, text:xxx
PRIMUS PRIMUS PRIMUS, MADE IN SWEDENxxx
Here's the commands / text used to create ^^^ that table

Trevor helped me out with a particularly awkward formula in Excel. I'm pretty OK with it for the basic stuff and perhaps a little beyond that but I just couldn't get it to perform properly with one thing I needed it to do. I'd spent a couple of weeks on and off trying to sort it out but couldn't. In the end, I showed the spreadsheet to Trevor, explained what I wanted it to do and a day or two later he came back with the exact formula I needed. It worked a treat! :D/

That was all of 20 years ago and I don't think I'd have cracked it myself, not even now...
