I don't have the "tin" (actually Al IIRC) for mine. Has anyone seen tins for these on sale? I've only seen them with the stove. I suppose I could buy one and re-sell the stove although that's a roundabout way of getting the "tin".

    Hi Jim

Thats how i got my cookset, With a stove. I bought it from a U.S. E bay seller. The large pot is a really good size. You could fit a turkey in it.. 8-[ er if you cut its head off...its legs, wings and breast meat, then it would fit fine.

This 502 came as a gift from an American member who used it in the weeks following hurricane Katrina to brew coffee and make breakfast so its personal value to me is higher than its monetary value. I'm going to clean up the stove and pans and keep it in the house now, safe.

The tins are kind of scarce, but do work well as storage/cook pot.
If the pot ends up stinking a bit like gas/petrol, just invert it over the flame for a few seconds. Works wonders!
