    I drilled the end of a bolt with a drill, not sure which size, but close to .210 and/or 5mm.
    Then I ground the bolt to a taper, like a punch, and made my own pips.
    Cut off the head, mount in a drill, and add a little oil to make it cut easier.

    5 Piece Supatool Hollow Punch Set - Bunnings Australia

    Applaud your machining skills.
    I had to resort to buying a set of hollow punches.
    I recall reading on this site that cleaning and filling the pump tube with fresh kerosene and with a solid squirt into the tank was a good technique to clear the NRV.
    Should be adopted as routine maintenance.

    I've got a .195" punch from a set I bought from ebay and 70% left of a 3mm thick Viton sheet. 5mm is .1969"

    They are a perfect fit for my enders. But I also bought some from Old Coleman Parts "here" or "here" that were the same size.

    @snwcmpr

    I believe you are correct @ .210" for the holder, but I've not browsed for those in 5 or more years so don't trust my memory.

    Not machining, just hand tool work.

    Which pips need to be that size? NRV? SRV? Or are they both the same?
