Some pictures of my 8R Clone from Taiwan. The box under are Markt Taiwan. In a couple of year this was my cooking partner for coffee and hot water when I was on small walking trip in the Norwegian forest .
One day I wanted to give it a better life, and cleaned it well. I repaint it to. Should not have done that! The color was before more bright and some type of Metallic.
Could anybody tell me the right name on this Optimus clone? I have heard its maybe SUN, but is not sure.

Not sure abut the name but could be Sun. Maybe someone else knows for sure. I wouldn't be worried about the paint job. It looks very nice.

I have to say its well done, all over. I also have some 8R, and they aren't any better. I also have one Russian clone of the 8R. I never fired it up, and I think I let it be NOSO:)

I have also heard the name Sun. So maybe its right. He paint job is OK, but I should have been using paint whom tolerate heat. And off course the patina dissipeard from it:content:. But where it stands, its look nice!O:)

The one I was trying to remember was a Precise Phoenix 8R clone.
