A&H out of business?

FYI, I ordered parts 5 weeks ago from them. The charge went through but never received the parts. Have called and left messages and emailed Shirlene Thompson . No reply, had to contest the charge on my cc bill.

 

That's unfortunate. They're generally well thought of here on the board, hopefully they're alright.

 

They are getting up there in years. I haven't seen any of their items on the bay for a few years now. Shirlene was very good to deal with.

This is the problem with a lot of specialty shops, the owners get up in years, and have a hell of a time selling the business. OCP is up for sale, there are a few companies selling specialty parts for locks, when they're gone - they're gone!
