After getting my hands on THIS Nova Plus, two subsequent purchases from different sources resulted in another pump with CEJN fitting then a stove without pump. Sorted. What was missing was the Nova tool, so the opportunity arose to make one to suit. A second opportunity was to install the jet I re-sized in THIS project to make the Nova burn paraffin more cleanly (no yellow tips), equipping me with a Nova+ optimised for paraffin and a second one solely for white gasoline. Here’s the tool and its applications. The two magnets operate the magnetised pricker needle, the magnet on one side repelling the pricker’s magnet (pricking the jet) the other attracting the pricker magnet, disengaging the pricker if necessary. Though small, the magnets are powerful, sufficient to require handling safety instructions! Left out was a spanner (wrench) cut-out to fit the hose-to-burner securing nut. I’m inclined to keep an eye on the condition of the two O-rings sealing the spindle, so don’t envisage failure on an outing. In camp I’d have a suitable spanner. John
