Hi all, new to the kero habit. I’ve come up with one of these and need a few parts. Is there a supplier in Australia?
@Murgo TW Sands in Melbourne may have the parts. I also have a box of spares. It depends on what you need. I’ve sent you a message. Cheers Tony
I'm partial to Australian stoves. Yours is a beauty. I'm totally jealous. I see it has the box in the background. I hope to find one for myself one day. Good on ya mate! Ben
G'day @Murgo and welcome to CCS. It looks to be an early version and should clean up nicely. Congratulations.
@ROBBO55 Welcome Margo. I agree with @ROBBO55 that this looks like an early Aladdin, based on the control knobs and the ‘straight’ fuel line compared to the curved fuel line of the later models including the much later transitional model. A nice find and the colour is different to the most common Aladdins. A great starter for you. I cannot tell from the picture; is there a nut at the base of the pump. Was there a metal ‘suitcase’ with the stove? Any dates on the instructions or with it. Should fettle well with just a few spares. Good luck.
@z1ulike I must have been tired, posting last night, as I can see the suitcase box and Ben had already mentioned it. The filler cap is also different to what is on other models and I wonder if it has any name marked on it? Iain
