It ended up in Norway and probably wants to stay because it was treated badly where it came from. We all know stoves have feelings, right?. The original roarer burner was literally junk. It was clogged up very badly and the threads for the jet was stripped. The tank had a smell of diesel so it seems someone had tried to burn that in it. Out the burner went and it got replaced with a new roarer burner bought on ebay, but this was not much better either. It had a very flimsy quality (skewed in all directions). A second try with a silent burner from the same seller worked much better so that is what's mounted on it right now. To fit the new burner, all I had to do was to make a little bit smaller diameter threads with a 14x0.75 die on the neck and the new burner(s) went straight in.
