A Small stove probaly used for keeping food warm like a chaffing dish.
I haven't been able to get it to go as the instructions say, But then whats new.
Very slow to boil and don't semi vaporize the fuel unless turned low which is a good stewing temp.

Sounds to me like the feed tube is blocked usually due to rust forming on the wick, but yours looks to be so small and brass? Any chance of a picture from underneath.

Sorry skeeves took so long to get back to this thread.

The burner is a simple dish with holes in it and the tube pokes into it.

    No problem Bruce,

This look like a fettle job to me, with a replacement feed tube and burner.

The feed tube looks to have some major dings and flattening which is restricting the flow of meths? :?

That's why I love these meths stoves for the controllable simmer.
