    G'day all,

    It's been about 18 months since I learned of the Austramax Stove.

    I was wondering if anyone has one?

    Not heard of a stove, only preasure lamps. This is new to me.
    It's see what turns up.

    Cheers

    Austramax lamps and spares are freely available new. I'm not at home at the moment, otherwise I would check it for you. I have just bought some Austramax lamp spares, the place I dealt with has a good idea of history. Google spares and call them, if anybody knows, they do.

    Normo,

    Going on what others have said, I believe Austramax have either lost a fair bit of their history or they didn't bother to keep it.

    I know of one stove that exists. I don't think they sold the stove nor their table lamp for very long, perhaps 18 months or so. That would account for them being quite rare. The good thing is, they weren't manufactured before the 2nd World War, so examples haven't been lost to the scrap metal drives for the war effort, that claimed so many other stoves and lamps.

    Matty,
    I know nothing of stoves or table lamp. Let's know what you find out.

    Haven't seen one yet: still looking; have enlisted a couple of spotters as well.

    Cheers

    @Matty

    Excellent!

    If Mark doesn’t need it any more, I’ll have it.

    Cheers

    @Tony Press

    The stove is complete with it's original box.

    The only way you would get this stove off Mark is prying it from his cold ......

    Mark not only has one of the most astonishing lamp collections you will ever see, his stove collection is quite incredible too.
