Auto-Optimus No. 89

    I never thought I ever was going to be an owner of this model but now I am. And that because of a post here on CCS, thank you Ben.
    This one is from 1920:s that is shown in this brochure.
    I was a bit confused at first when I saw that one stove has nr 8 and the other nr 9. Why so?
    But know I understand, nr 89 of course!
    The funny with this is that the stoves has no legs.
    At the edge of the hole you can see two holes that are threaded. Maybe for some kind of fittings to keep the stove in place while pumping it up.

    I wonder Bo whether you will be firing up one of the stoves to explore the 'Auto' function?

    Certainly something I'd like to hear more of.

    Sorry John. More than 2 years since I post and first now I read your reply.
    I am afraid I am no good at starting up my items. Have too many and I don't replace all sealings and gaskets just to run the stove once.
    A kind of dilemma with a too big collection.
