I believe this is one of the variations of the 2/607 collapsible stove.

2 pint kerosene / paraffin stove.
    Silent burner
Made in GDR (German Democratic Republic)
Steel feet made from split tube.
It has a short riser tube.
The burner to tank (riser tube) connection has a 13mm diameter thread.
    Reserve lid with 13mm. thread.

The operating instructions that came with the stove are from 1974

    A little more detail.

On this stove the burner assembly has an adaptor fitted below the spirit cup with a 13mm mounting thread.
The fixed riser tube is 11mm long with an OD of 18mm and tapped to take the 13 mm burner assembly thread.
The tank is all brass (including the bottom)

Some flame shots. Started off a little orange but settled down to a good strong blue flame.
