This one differs from Berniedawgs as it does not have the storage/travel cap. A quick dust & washer replacement & it was away. The legs & trivet will be going in my upgraded electrolysis bath which is nearing completion & the trivet will be repainted. I'm also a little rusty! This is a warm up for the pile of fettling I have outstanding!

Didn't do a good job of catching the steam on the teas-test!

Hi Ross a very nice example of a Burmos discus the plating is in beautifull condition it realy does give it a classy look of all british made stoves the tank lettering on a Burmos is one of my favourite
It would be great to see your upgraded electrolosis bath when it is compleated

Thanks Brian! Been stuck in a carrier bag covered in sawdust (not mine) for a few years - don't even remember where I got it!

I bust my old electrolysis set up when I moved it from under the bench & dropped the battery charger in the box & cracked the bottom.

Inspired by posts here on CCS I have used a bigger box & made a better electrode element (just waiting for a neighbour to weld it tomorrow) covered in a plastic grid to prevent contact with the derusting item. Can't wait to get stuck into more of the pile.
