This arrived this morning, perhaps now we are a bit further forward with the maker and the decal?
The outer ring of the decal is black, inner ring gold, top and bottom inner decal part is red. The band across the centre is gold with black lettering, which appears to be Champion.
Would the date be on the manifold, or just the part number ?

I used one of Sefas Tilley pump leathers, perfect fit - thanks Sefa.

There are a couple of leaks around the valves, so will put some Graphite tape on tomorrow.
The case is in beautiful condition.

Should have gone with this internal link, cocked up somehow.

Even without the "man on trapeze' mark, I am willing to bet it's a 2 burner Turner stove made for the military. Maybe late '30's or early '40's. The threaded generator tubes and knurled knobs are the same. Also the burner slides. Many of the same features seen HERE

Looks like a neat stove. Curious though, do you have to prime each of them separately?

    Yes Ron,

I guess that what makes it a good stove, if one generator goes down, you can still use the other.

    Best

Thanks Iani, kinda difficult taking the tank and generator out in a rush seeing it has to be screwed on to the manifold. The pump seems to be a tad on the short side for such a large tank too.
