    IMG_1668.JPG Little half Pinter. An easy fettle and away she went missing the spanner from the set unfortunately! Nice stove but the tank gets hot quickly.

    nmp a nice bit of kit, thanks for posting,
    A CCS search for Cobra gets mixed results, this one link, will find 2 more of your Cobra 1/2 pint picnic examples w/more images. Those 2 posts are located elsewhere in SRG (yet we also find there support to rightly place your post here in Samual Heath..).
    thx omc
    PS I'll admit I'm a tad curious about OMC on tin, it's tempting to add it to my wish list.

    Very nice.Do you ever find that the release valve flames up when you turn it off after running it for a time?
    I've had this happen with a few of these.

    @Murph Yep but works fine!
    Thanks @OMC no idea either about the OMC on the tin. Doing a search for Cobra came up with Thermidor another Sam HEATH brand.

    @Doug L not had any issues as of yet with the air screw catching fire !

    @Doug L

    Are you saying that the kerosene vapour from the tank is igniting when you release the pressure? If so, it must get very hot...

    If you boil a cup of tea creating downward heat from the AL kettle, yes I have had the release valve ignite. A slow release helps to stop this or I'll turn the valve with a wet rag.Or just blow it out.
