Cobra No 1

    Another French tripod camping stove. Very similar to No 0 in this post. The only difference I can see is that mine has more fancy feet. Flame spreader missing on this one too but I guess an ordinary from another stove might fit.

    There is a considerable size difference between the No 0 and No 1.

    I have to check that. This is a 1 litre tank, maybe No 0 is smaller.

    Hej Bo,
    My little 'O' linked to above certainly ought to be smaller, though visually very similar without anything to give scale against. I have been out to measure the tank diameter of the 'O', it is 13cms. How does that compare with your superior No.1?

    FWIW when janders made observation re size difference, "i thought" that might be based on catalog page in Ian thread (Bo linked above), COBRA:
    No. 0 ... 3/4 de L [ tank dia. 13cm ]
    No. 1 ... 1 L 1/2
    No. 2 ... 2 L.
